Miller, who lost his younger brother over the summer, said the emotions of the day affected his performance. Nevertheless, the 36-year-old gold medal contender, who came away with a bronze, became the oldest Alpine skier to ever win an Olympic medal.
“To hang onto a medal today, I feel really lucky and very fortunate,” Miller told reporters of his third-place tie, according to Reuters. Read more…
