Vine Challenge: Show Us Your Best Grayscale Video

For this week’s Mashable Vine Challenge, show us what you can do in black and white

The lack of color in grayscale compositions allows the brain to focus more on shapes, patterns and textures. The overall look is often cleaner and has greater depth.

Try experimenting with paper crafts, calligraphy, ink painting, charcoal and more. Look for objects that will stand out against each other — something light over a dark background, or vice versa. We used black and white paper to create a short animation for our own example, below
