Twenty-five people are dead in Kiev, Ukraine after a new wave clashes between protesters and police gripped the city starting on Tuesday. As the bloodshed continues, the European Union called an extraordinary meeting to discuss possible sanctions, including travel bans and asset freeze, against Ukrainian leaders.
The unrest started nearly three months ago after President Viktor Yanukovych rejected an agreement with European Union in favor of a deal with Russia.
