Netflix is creeping up on cable in the race for young adult subscribers. Among those between the ages of 18 and 36, 46% of paid TV subscribers choose cable, while 43% are Netflix users.
The story with the older set of Americans is vastly different. Roughly five times as many people over the age of 68 subscribe to cable as those who get Netflix
