Revenge is a dish best served on social media.

Jim Knight was fired from his job as head chef at The Plough, a pub in Oxfordshire, UK, after he allegedly asked to take off Christmas Day. Knight responded by venting on the company’s Twitter account, which he had access to.

We’d like to inform you that we’ve just fired our head chef.

Unfortunately he wanted to have a weekend off this month and Christmas Day this year for family commitments so we thought we’d sack him
