Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer will give a keynote address at CES 2014. She’ll speak on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at 1 p.m. PT at the annual technology showcase in Las Vegas, which is attended by more than 100,000 people.
Mayer’s keynote is part of the show’s Tech Titans keynote series, whose roster includes CEOs from several major tech companies. John Chambers of Cisco, Brian Krzanich of Intel, Kazuo Hirai of Sony and Rupert Stadler of Audi AG are all speaking at CES as well.
It’s not known what Mayer will be talking about specifically, but CES describes the Tech Titans keynotes as opportunities for CEOs to “present their vision for products, services and networks that will shape the next wave of innovation.” Since Mayer became Yahoo’s chief executive in July 2012, the company’s focus on products has been strong, launching major updates to services like Flickr and Yahoo Mail.
