T-Mobile will finally support LTE iPads, according to new details on Apple‘s homepage
The company didn’t announce the news during its iPad event in San Francisco on Tuesday, but T-Mobile has been added to the iPad Air’s specs page for carriers.
The T-Mobile will be giving away 200MB of data for free, similar to what it does for Google Chromebook computers, according to 9to5Mac. Pricing will jump to $30 for 2.5GB.
The partnership doesn’t come as a complete surprise. T-Mobile CEO John Legere sent a tweet last week hinting that an iPad-related announcement was coming. Read more…
