After finishing a “marathon” of Breaking Bad and finally catching up with the rest of the world, Sir Anthony Hopkins wrote Bryan Cranston a long fan email about his acting on the show, saying, “Your performance as Walter White was the best acting I have seen – ever.” Apparently he’s more fanatic about Breaking Bad than the entire Internet.
The letter was originally posted to actor Steven Quezada’s Facebook page (he played Gomez on the show), but it was quickly taken down. Well tough luck, Quezada, because the internet is FOREVER.
The letter starts off a little depressing:
“I know there is so much smoke blowing and sickening bullshit in this business, and I’ve sort of lost belief in anything really.” Read more…
