It’s no trick: Netflix will be treating its U.S. subscribers to serial-killer drama Dexter starting on Halloween, when the Showtime show’s first four seasons will be available to streamNetflix will offer the final seasons, five through eight, beginning Jan. 1.
Previously, people who wanted to watch Dexter after it aired on TV were required to have a Showtime subscription to view the series via on-demand service, Showtime Anytime, or buy full seasons on services such as iTunes or Amazon Instant Video.
