For the first time in history, Apple announced two iPhones simultaneously on Tuesday. One is the next generation of its iPhone 5, the iPhone 5S, with pumped-up specs including a fingerprint scanner for security. The other is a budget iPhone called the iPhone 5C, which knocks $100 off the price of the phone and replaces its rear with bright polycarbonate.
