Another week, another Miley Cyrus music video. This time it’s for her song “23,” from record producer Mike Will Made It, featuring Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa. The video and song pay tribute to basketball legend Michael Jordan — his jersey number, now retired, is 23.
In the video, Mike Will Made It takes over a school’s intercom to play Cyrus’ tune, creating an all-out party, which leads to Miley smoking in bathrooms and sitting on basketball hoops. The foam finger that appeared in Cyrus infamous MTV Video Music Awards’ performance also makes a cameo
