Apple has finally unveiled the long-rumored iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C.
For the first time ever, the company released two separate iPhone models at the same time, one a high-end continuation of the iPhone and the other a lower-end, colorful budget model made of plastic.
The 5S, on the other hand, comes in a new gold color, along with an upgraded camera and a fingerprint scanner. Apple sure seemed to think it was a huge step forward. In fact, the company called it a “forward-thinking” phone about a dozen times.
Meanwhile, the iPhone 5 has been discontinued.
But is the iteration enough? Is Apple shaming users into buying an iPhone 5S by discontinuing the iPhone 5 early?
We’re discussing all that and more on a live stream right now featuring Jordan Crook, Chris Velazco, Matthew Panzarino, and Romain Dillet.
