Fresh off winning the Emmy for best actor in a drama Sunday, The Newsroom‘s Jeff Daniels teased a project of enormous nostalgic proportions — the sequel to 1994’s Dumb and Dumber. On Twitter, Daniels tweeted the above photo, saying “We’re Back!!! #DumbTo.”
Daniels and Jim Carrey are reprising their roles as Harry and Lloyd in Dumb and Dumber To, the follow-up that will hit theaters in 2014. Earlier this month, Carrey tweeted a photo of his character’s chipped tooth and this message: “GESS HUUZ BAK BICHEZ?”
Nearly 20 years has passed since the duo’s buddy comedy Dumb and Dumber came out, and the newest photo clearly shows older versions of Harry and Lloyd.
