Apple released an update to iOS 7 on Thursday that aims to repair a security flaw: a lock-screen bypass that allows a user to call any contact without unlocking the phone.
The notes that accompany the iOS 7.0.2 update say it “fixes bugs that could allow someone to bypass the Lock screen passcode.” Mashable staffers were able to recreate the bug on older iPhones running iOS 7, but not the latest models.

The software update has one other change: It brings back a Greek keyboard option for entering the lock screen passcode. To download the update, open your iPhone’s settings and navigate to General>Software Update. Read more…
