Swedish music duo Icona Pop, known for their smash hit “I Love It,” wore the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch at the company’s Unpacked event at Times Square in New York City — becoming the first people to sport the device in public (photos to come).
They performed “I Love It,” “All Night” and “In the Stars (Galaxy Mix),” which is a mashup of their new song “In the Stars” and Samsung’s “Over the Horizon.” The mashup is available for download in the Samsung Galaxy music store.
The performance was simulcasted at Berlin’s IFA show, where Samsung announced the Galaxy Gear and its third-generation big-screen smartphone, the Galaxy Note 3. Read more…
