Noting that 85% of its small business customers don’t have a Twitter account, GoDaddy has partnered with Twitter to let such customers quickly set up a profile page.
The Twitter functionality, available starting Wednesday, is now part of GoDaddy’s Website Builder, which helps small businesses get online. Now, in addition to selecting a website template, there are Twitter profile templates as well, including 16 themes and 300 stock images.
“By integrating Twitter within the enhanced Website Builder tool, we’re helping businesses get online faster to reach the followers most likely to purchase from them,” says Russ Laraway, director of small and medium businesses at Twitter. “If you think about it, GoDaddy is where it all starts for our customers so it’s great to be there with them at the beginning.” Prices start at $1 a month and range as high as $5 Read more…
