Most peoples’ lists of top tablet competitors doesn’t include Taiwanese mobile manufacturer HTC — the company unsuccessfully tried to enter the tablet market in May of 2011 with the HTC Flyer, but it was widely considered a flop and production was canceled before the end of the year. Another HTC tablet, the Jetstream, also failed to make a major impact.
Now, HTC is reportedly planning a comeback attempt with an unnamed tablet that will “definitely” arrive sometime in the future, according to PC Advisor.
Details on HTC’s upcoming mystery machine are slim, but a spokesperson told PC Advisor that it will have a “unique selling point” to separate it from competition, such as Apple’s iPad…
