The Zend Framework community has just pushed out it’s fourth beta release! New features include: The ServiceManager, a performant, easy-to-use way to create and configure the various objects you use in your application, particularly your controllers and their dependencies. While it largely replaces ZendDi within the MVC, it also allows using DI as an abstract (fallback) factory. The InputFilter, a new, object-oriented component for filtering and validating input, whether from the web, a model, or a web service. A newly rewritten Form component, which consumes the new InputFilter, and acts as a bridge between your domain model and the view layer. Refactored Log and Crypt components. and much, much more!
