EE has confirmed that it’s in exploratory acquisition talks with BT to sell its UK mobile network. Earlier this week, we heard that BT has been in discussions with O2 about a similar deal. EE’s joint shareholders, Deutsche Telekom and Orange, issued a statement on the discussions with BT.
