Uber brings its larger-vehicle UberXL service to the UK

For those moments when a regular car is just a little too small, Uber is launching an ‘UberXL’ option in the UK. These larger vehicles will be available to request later today, seating up to six people in London and eight passengers in Manchester. Uber debuted its low-cost SUV service in San Francisco last May, and has slowly been pushing it to new locales such as New York over the last few months.
