Tech CEOs love Ro Khanna. They love to give money to his campaign. They want him to be Silicon Valley’s voice in the U.S. House of Representatives. So the story goes.
You’d be hard pressed to find an article in a national publication about the 36-year-old Democrat that doesn’t mention Yahoo CEO Marissa Meyer, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg or Napster co-founder Sean Parker — three of Khanna’s most prominent supporters. The candidate vying to represent California’s 17th district didn’t mention those names once, however, during our phone interview about his campaign.
