Would You Outsource Your Startup to a SaaS?

Entering startupA post on News Y Combinator has an intriguing proposition to the sometimes daunting task that startups face when launching a service.

According to the comments in the post by developer Regan Wolfrom, the service would offer an API, and potentially an embedded JavaScript, to analyze the data from a launch and provide updates, alerts and reporting. The service would track users, while allowing for customized alerts and feature controls.

The idea that a startup would use a SaaS for launch is a testament to the level of automation that comes with cloud computing. It’s also an example of how startups will be launched ever faster and at a clip that makes today’s pace seem slight by comparison.
